This position requires prior experience managing project-based Section 8 properties.
The successful candidate must be a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills to handle tenant and community relations, marketing to fill vacancies, recertification's, move-ins/move-outs, inspections, budgets, database management; other duties as may be assigned.
This position requires someone who excels in customer service and enjoys working in a team environment.
The position is offered with an excellent starting salary.
Prior experience with RealPage/ONEsite software a plus.
