Supports the HR and Office Manager perform activities related to recruiting, human resources, and office administration.
Responsible for Human Resource administration of recruiting plant personnel and maintaining sales personnel hiring schedules.
Major
Responsibilities:
Recruit new plant personnel via job websites, as well as upkeep of Indeed resume database.
Contact local schools (High Schools/Vo-Tech/Technical Schools) and participate and host Job Fairs & Open Houses.
Assist and review resumes for Sales personnel.
Maintain the HR hard copy files as directed by the HR Manager.
Assists in overseeing the processes and record keeping for Human Resource policies and procedures established by the company.
Areas of shared responsibility may include the management and protection of personnel files and record keeping and recording for all or some of the following areas:
employment, equal employment opportunity, ADA, and special projects.
Additional resource for employee and management questions regarding Human Resource policies and procedures.
Performs such other duties and reporting as deemed necessary.
Relationship:
Reports directly to the Office/HR Manager, but may take on tasks for the President, VP of Finance, VP of Sales and the Plant Superintendent Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$46,000.
