Warehouse Coordinator

Job Description

The Warehouse Production Coordinator will assist in overseeing BCRC's Production Center and will act as a liaison between BCRC and the business community.

Beaver County Rehabilitation Center is a life-changing experience for many people with disabilities who seek to grow and develop in a dynamic and supportive environment. At BCRC, we partner with the business community to provide life enhancement experiences to hundreds of people with disabilities, allowing them to develop confidence and a sense of self-worth while providing valuable services to the business community.

Overview of Job Duties:

  • Develop new business ventures and community enclaves in addition to contract work.

  • Utilize personal and phone contacts and other methods to secure contract work for BCRC participants.

  • Provide follow-up to BCRC customers and facilitate the satisfaction and resolution of all customer needs.

  • Promote the abilities of BCRC and BCRC participants to the community at large.

  • Organize workflow, job assignments and scheduling within the Production Center and off-site enclaves.

  • Oversee production staff in meeting production deadlines and in maintaining quality assurance.

  • Provide opportunities for BCRC participants to be exposed to various work projects which enhance vocational growth.

  • Provides sufficient amount of work with the facility.

  • Maintains production budget in ordering and use of supplies and equipment.

  • Monitor and control company inventories for vendors.

  • Schedule pick up and deliveries from customers which may include driving company vehicles.

  • Maintains good working relationship with the companies for whom we work.

  • Provides input and participates in time studies.

  • Completes all necessary reports in a accurate and timely manner.

Position requires: Bachelor's degree or above from accredited college or university in Business, Engineering or a Human Services field of study with work experience in industrial work including supervisory experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
