Real Estate Branch Manager


Job Description

For some real estate agents, just participating in the real estate sales process as an individual contributor is not enough.

As a real estate branch manager, you'll be responsible for the professional growth of agents, the implementation of best practices, and the development of a thriving office culture.

Job Responsibilities


  • Develop, maintain, and execute (primarily through working with people) a business plan that maximizes the revenue and profit of a local real estate office.


  • Track and maintain a group of financial metrics and business metrics that give insight into the health of the business.


  • Promote, build excitement, and motivate agents to perform real estate related tasks with excitement, consistency, and dedication.


  • Inspire new people to join the company as real estate agents. Oversee and be directly involved in interviewing, on-boarding, training, and assimilation of new agents into the organization.


  • Compensation and benefit package will be determined based upon the candidate's qualifications and the ongoing profitability of the office. Candidate must hold, or be working toward, a real estate broker's license.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
