Business Development Representative

Job Description

CyBerJaz, a family owned and operated technology services company, has an immediate need for an experienced and passionate Business Development Representative who enjoys being on the phone to qualify and cultivate prospects in order to set meetings for our consultants.


In this position, you will become an integral part of our team. This is a critical role necessary to executing our business plan by successfully identifying qualified prospects, developing rapport and relationships with key decision makers at qualified prospect companies, and setting meetings for our consultants. Compensation includes base salary, plus commissions.


Responsibilities:
o Make 100 outbound calls per day
o Set appointments for our consultants
o Gather and track information on potential clients in our system
o Track activities and results in our system
o Participate in training events and self-study resources


Requirements:
o 4-year degree and/or 4-years of relevant work experience in sales and marketing
o Experience making 100 outbound calls per day with successful results
o High energy and self-motivated
o Desire to succeed
o Trainable and willing to follow a proven process
o Strong personal discipline
o Comfortable having conversations with small business owners
o Strong organizational and customer service skills
o Proficient with general office applications

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
