Castle Builders Supply, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lindy Paving, is looking for a Concrete Batch Operator to join it's growing team. This challenging and essential role in the concrete manufacturing process is a skilled position requiring a thorough understanding of the ready mix concrete business. The Operator controls the process to produce concrete from raw ingredients and additives according to predetermined specifications using computer batching software; verifying the correct admixtures are used in the proper dosages to meet specifications established by company and customer, and adjusting batching weights and quantities as necessary to maintain specifications.
Qualified candidates must be customer service minded, able to keep a level head under stressful conditions, effectively interact with other employees with some supervision responsibilities (including training, directing, counseling and disciplining employees according to company policy), and be willing to work overtime when required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
