Manager IT Infrastructure

Plan, organize, and manage infrastructure staff and/or consultants to ensure the stable and secure operation of the HVHS IT infrastructure. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas, particularly network infrastructure, server infrastructure, data communications, and telecommunications systems. The Infrastructure Manager will also manage end-user customer service and direct activities to resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion. Directs and coordinates voice, network and data information systems and staff.

Must have completed a course work resulting in a bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems.
A minimum of six years of diverse infrastructure experience across, servers, operating systems, storage, virtualization and security.
A minimum of 2 years managing infrastructure teams.
A current knowledge of all infrastructure and hardware in use at HVHS is required along with a minimum of five years information technology experience. Must have a strong background with virtualization (Citrix and VMWare) in a Windows environment.
Must be experienced in troubleshooting and resolving system related problems through coordination of in-house and vendor personnel.
Robust leadership skills, business acumen, analytical problem-solving abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills
A Master's degree in Business or Hospital Administration.
At least three years project management experience in a healthcare setting, as well as an in-depth knowledge of LAN/WAN technology.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
