Clinical Systems Analyst II

The Clinical Systems Analyst II's primary responsibilities are the development, implementation, maintenance and support of complex clinical information systems to improve patient care and clinical operating efficiencies in compliance with all applicable regulations and organizational policies, in a leadership role. The Clinical Systems Analyst II participates in design and process changes related to the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Partnership and collaboration with other information systems personnel, within the organization and with application vendors, is required. Provide project management for complex, multi-disciplinary projects with the ability to work multiple projects simultaneously. The Clinical Systems Analyst II is responsible for providing first level support knowledge for assigned applications to the first-level support personnel on the Clinical Analyst team and foster teamwork.

RequirementsA bachelor's degree in nursing with six years of clinical information systems support experience is required.
This position requires extensive familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; personal time management and organizational skills; and the ability and desire to collaborate in cross-functional teams with minimal direct supervision. Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills, and technical analysis skills, are required. Clinical Systems Analyst II have a track record of being able to overcome significant obstacles through persistence, hard work, and getting results done through others over whom they may not have direct control.
The ideal candidate is an experienced clinical health care professional with extensive information systems support experience and a track record of increasing responsibility. Prior significant nursing and project management experience using a systems development methodology, preferably in a project leadership role, is required.
This role requires the ability to extract and analyze underlying system data and processing logic for assigned applications software as it is presented to end-users through Heritage Valley Health System's information systems (i.e. Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM), CAP, Registration (AM), and patient accounting (PFM)).
An in-depth knowledge of hospital functions and their interrelationships, and an understanding of how clinical systems applications support hospital operations, is also required. The Clinical Systems Analyst II possesses expert knowledge of the specific clinical specialties in his or her area of responsibility, through training and/or experience. Requires being a superior performer in this role, demonstrating the ability to continuously improve the capabilities of health care providers through the extension of applied information technology in the health care setting through strong team-based problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Experience leading professional level staff in an information systems environment, preferably a Clinical Health Care professional with information systems support experience. Experience using a systems development methodology, preferably in a project leadership role.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
