Senior Network Engineer

Responsible for both short term and long term strategic projects that are highly complex in nature and providing day to day operational support for the Heritage Valley Health System network infrastructure. Responsible for pro-actively managing the day to day network backend operations including resolution of routing, switching, communication link, and bandwidth issues. Responsible for analyzing network performance and implement solutions for improvement. Provide detailed remediation plans for all of the discovered vulnerabilities within the HVHS network. Provide technical assistance to end users, clinical / business groups and vendors as required. Actively manage and maintain MPLS, EVPL, WWAN and Business to Business circuits with redundant connectivity with multiple carriers to monitor health, manage outages, and upgrade/replace hardware as needed.

Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, with a minimum of 6 years of related network engineering experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Expertise in working with Cisco Routers, Switches and Meraki devices.
Expertise with managing and supporting a Cisco wireless infrastructure.
Proven experience in developing and implementing complex solutions within a medium to large enterprise environment.
Experience with advanced networking technologies and solutions including BGP, EIGRP OSPF, QoS, Load Balancing (Netscaler, F5) and WAN optimization.
Experience with supporting network for multiple datacenters, remote sites, co-locate and cloud connectivity (AWS, Azure).
Exceptional documentation skills to clearly articulate technical designs, issues and constraints, procedures and network assessments.
Experience in a highly virtualized, converged datacenter environment.
Experience writing network security policies, standards, and procedures.
Experience with utilizing network analysis tools to determine root cause of network problems.
Experience with following tools; Cisco Prime, ISE, TACACS, and Netbrain.
Active CCNA or CCDA is highly preferred.
Experience with Cisco Unified Communications stack.
Experience with cloud network and security solutions.
Experience using service desk tools for ticket management (ServicePro).
Knowledgeable on firewall technologies (CheckPoint)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
